MYWIFIEXT NET SETUP
When you try to access the Mywifiext Setup website to set up your wireless extender, you can receive an error message or be unable to connect to the site. This will happen because mywifiext.net is not a regular internet website. It is a local web address used to open settings (genie or Smart Wizard) for a Netgear wifi range extender setup. Your computer must be either physically linked via Ethernet or wirelessly connected to your Netgear range extender setup to access this web address.
When you try to reach Mywifiext.net on a computer that is not connected to your Netgear wifi extender setup, the following error appears:

Mywifiext.net Setup Wizard
There are two ways to set up Mywifiext.net: the WPS method and the manual method, which are as follows:—
1. Manual System
To set up Mywifiext, if you have a network port with your extension, just manually take the following steps.
Link Mywifiext to a network first.
Sign on to the mywifiext.net webpage, then. By default, it is the Wifi Extender Login tab.
A password and username will be requested on this login page.
Initially, you do not have an account with it, so you have to create a new account.
Pick your network router when the Mywifiext Login page opens.
Then enter the password and click the tab on the "Continue" button.
Set the settings and save them. Therefore, you can set up Mywifiext using a network port this way.
2. WPS method
The WPS approach is the easiest method for setting up the Mywifiext Extender. You've made a couple of moves, which are:-
To begin with, click the Power button on the extender.
Then, on the extender, press the WPS Button.
The WiFi Range Extender started to be programmed using a router after flickering WPS light displays.
This process takes some time and then displays three clear green lights that mean that your Mywifiext Extender is correctly configured for the router.
Finally, the Mywifiext WiFi Range Extender Setup is successfully completed, and the extended network is then relayed to both frequency bands.
It essentially links all your wireless or wired devices to the extended network. You will be able to use the internet to its full benefit.
